The Client

Jellyvision

Jellyvision creates interactive software, like ALEX, that simplifies complex information — helping employees make informed decisions about their benefits through engaging, user-friendly virtual counseling.

The Project

At Jellyvision I took on a project to create images for the company blog, where each image had to encapsulate the concept of its corresponding post. The difficulty varied wildly: some concepts were straightforward, others took real work to visualize. I worked closely with the marketing department, brainstorming until we landed on the right visual for each entry.

Everything adhered to Jellyvision's brand style at the time — a simple paper cut-out aesthetic: solid vector shapes with a slight drop shadow at the edges, so the paper appears to float on the page. It kept the brand consistent and made the project genuinely fun to work on.

  • Feedback and iteration
I worked with Yoshi to create dozens of illustrations for a range of marketing projects. He was a joy to collaborate with — someone who reliably brought clever ideas to the table, and nailed the landing when it came to execution, often on his first stab at it.
